We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales and Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as the central point of contact for incoming sales enquiries and customer communications

Provide high-level support to the General Manager to help drive growth and client retention

Follow up on leads and opportunities to support the broader sales pipeline

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity across systems

Assist with basic accounts payable tasks such as invoice matching and data entry

Oversee general office administration to keep daily operations running smoothly

Identify and implement improvements across sales and admin workflows

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in a sales support, office management, or business administration role

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process ownership

Familiarity with basic accounts payable functions
