Your Role
As Project Manager / Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating and scheduling trades and materials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to our high-quality standards. You'll be sharing an office with a Salesperson and a Maintenance/warranty Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
• Ensure WHS compliance and site safety
• Monitor construction progress and maintain timelines
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, sales people and the service/warranty officer
• Manage on-site documentation and reporting

Your background:

• Proven experience in residential construction
• Strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication, scheduling and organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
• White Card & relevant building qualifications
• Driver’s license
