We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Administration Manager to oversee our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounts administration functions. This is a leadership role with a strong operational focus, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a great team culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will:

Lead and support the Accounts Supervisor and team (based in the Philippines).

Ensure AP/AR processes run smoothly, accurately and on time.

Prepare and organise financial information for management.

Set up new accounts so bookings auto-bill correctly and resolve escalations where billing is not automatic.

Work with the CEO on new entity setup, including invoicing and reconciliations in Xero.

Maintain strong policies, procedures and controls across the accounts function.

Drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in accounts administration or finance roles, with leadership responsibility.

Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes and pricing/invoicing structures.

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across all levels, including executives.

Experience preparing clean, accurate accounts information for external accountants.

Xero experience (invoicing and reconciliations).
