About the Role

Sydney's leading bathroom renovation company, has expanded their business & requires an experienced and organised person to manage projects & coordinate trades people for the day to day running of bathroom renovations.

Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience is required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Managing day to day operations of multiple bathroom renovations.

Review design plans and specifications to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Update work calendars on trade schedules for projects.

Report project schedules and updates to the head office.

Communicate work schedules to subcontractors.

Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or delays on site.

Keep clients and head office informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.

Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills and Experience

Home improvement, bathroom and kitchen background preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.

Trade background with essential construction knowledge is required.

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Be motivated with a positive attitude.

Be able to deal with clients and Trades.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Be able to provide 2 references .

Excellent Salary Package plus incentives, Superannuation, Car Allowance, mobile phone & computer.

Full driver's licence is required for site visits.
