The Role

Based on-site at our Condell Park office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their campaigns run smoothly and successfully. This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, reporting, and directing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Be the first point of contact for all client communication.

Provide weekly updates, monthly performance meetings, and quarterly reviews.

Prepare reports and deliver insights.

Monitor campaign milestones to ensure projects stay on track.

Identify growth opportunities for clients.

Direct campaign execution across paid media, CRM, and landing pages.

Liaise with our designers, creators, video editors, and technical team.

Provide guidance on ad copy and creatives (no design required, but strong input expected).

Give feedback to ensure high-quality work is delivered.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Previous digital marketing agency experience.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented.
✔️ A bubbly personality and positive attitude.
✔️ Based in Sydney, able to work full-time on-site at Condell Park.
✔️ Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools (a plus, not essential).
