About the role

Silvans Facility Services is seeking highly motivated and driven Business Development Executives to join our team. This full-time position is based in Tullamarine, VIC and is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support one another

Providing regular progress updates and sales forecasting to management

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the facility services industry

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
