The role will have a strong focus on driving business development in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HoReCa) sector, building long-term partnerships in a market segment full of potential. The business embraces a hybrid work model — three days in the office to connect and collaborate with your peers, and two days working from home for deep focus and strategic work. It’s the best of both worlds in a role where you’ll be empowered to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national business development strategies to deliver revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to deliver business growth and develop capability across the HoReCa channel.
- Build and nurture relationships with major customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term value.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding market share across the HoReCa sector and beyond.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver aligned commercial outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage key account relationships at a senior level.
About You
- Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or account management within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Experience working with the HoReCa channel is highly advantageous.
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, with a collaborative style and the ability to work effectively across teams.
