About the role
Picnic Tables Hire & Sales Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated part-time Client & Sales Administrator to join our team in Hamilton Hill, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers, ensuring the smooth running of our client-facing operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming customer inquiries and order requests via phone, email and online channels
Processing client orders and maintaining accurate records in our customer database
Basic book-keeping using MYOB; data entry and bank reconciliation
Preparing sales quotes, invoices and following up on outstanding payments
Assisting with the coordination of product deliveries and pickups
Providing general administrative support to the management team as needed
Assist with the creation and update of marketing materials, social media and online platforms
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
What we're looking for
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in using MYOB and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in admin/bookkeeping or customer service role desired but not essential
A person who thrives in an independent, diverse role and isn't hesitant to jump in and tackle tasks hands-on.
