PART TIME POSITION - 20 TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK
(MONDAY TO FRIDAY) 9 AM TO 2 PM
We are creating a new administration support position within our field services department of our family-owned business. This part time role offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing team. In this key administrative role, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operations of the service department.
We have current systems in place that require maintaining, and we are looking for someone who can maintain and further develop and grow this position.
The applicant will require the following.
Attention to detail and exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
A flexible, proactive attitude and a team focused mindset.
A strong commitment to client confidentiality and professional integrity.
Knowledge of Excel and Word is a requirement.
MYOB experience will be an advantage
Preparation of quotations
Maintaining Service Schedule
Liaising and follow up with clients
Procurement of products and equipment
