We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Directorate Support Officer to be a part of our highly experienced Infrastructure leadership team. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a workplace that values teamwork, growth and continuous improvement.

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for organisation and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day administrative operations at our Works Depot in Picton.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for:
· Delivering high-quality customer service through clear, confident verbal and written communication
· Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Including data entry, record keeping and coordinating service requests
· Using your strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Working independently with minimal supervision, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment
A Certificate III Business Administration and/or 12 months experience in a similar role plus previous experience in the operation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities of the role:
· Providing frontline customer service to internal and external customers
· Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
· Providing administrative assistance (including calendar management) to Manager Projects and Asset Management
· Supporting Executive Assistant to the Director Infrastructure with duties within capability
· Assisting with directorate events, meetings and staff engagement activities

In exchange for your hard work, you’ll be well rewarded with a competitive salary of $78,249 or $85,560 plus superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience.
