THE ROLE
If you are a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives working in a complex customer-oriented and high-volume environment, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to the development and production of the University’s teaching timetable, we would love you to join our Business Support team. You will be working in a team responsible for centrally managing many aspects of the academic teaching timetable, including liaison with colleagues in ECU’s Schools to capture requirements used to inform the development of the teaching timetable for all domestic ECU campuses.

- Develop positive networks and relationships with key stakeholders to continually improve business processes within our Business Support team;
- Act as primary contact with stakeholders to assist in the collection of requirements and development of the academic teaching timetable;
- Share your expertise by training end users in system usage and functionality;
ABOUT YOU
Your CV should evidence experience and capabilities within the following priority areas.
- Demonstrated business and requirements analysis skills;
- Knowledge management experience within complex business systems, including the ability to use tools to extract and interrogate the accuracy of data;
- Delivering results through effective planning and execution of process improvements, achieved through effective consultation with key stakeholders;
- Proven ability to investigate, identify and analyse key issues and associated alternatives, benefits, and costs to develop practical solutions (consider creative and innovative cost effective solutions);
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands and projects to agreed standards and timelines;
- Some experience with the use of timetabling software and Student Management Systems is desirable but not essential.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence and Courage.

This full time, fixed-term position attracts remuneration of $84,470 to $93,865 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
