Position

Service Coordinator – Vehicle Loading Cranes and Access Equipment

Purpose

Manage daily schedules, coordinate service and inspection bookings, prepare quotes for jobs and after-service repairs to meet client’s expectations, support the onboarding of new equipment and deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Branch Manager (Albury)

Key accountabilities

•

Promoting available services with clients to support Crane Aid business development

•

Plan and allocate daily service, inspection and repair jobs

•

Prepare and follow up on quotes for repairs, upgrades and new in-service equipment

•

Manage incoming client bookings

•

Prioritising efficient and effective resource workflow

•

Adapt quickly to changing priorities, allocation and resourcing challenges

•

Communicate all faults and defects to clients, and the consequence(s) if repairs are not carried out

•

Liaise with client and site contacts, and service team to minimise downtime

•

Maintain clear communication with site technicians

•

Complete documentation in compliance with Crane Aid policies, procedures and requirements

•

Comply with Crane Aid policies and procedures

•

Comply with client site requirements, policies and procedures

•

Comply with statutory regulations, codes of practice and standards

Skills and Experience

•

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

•

Strong organisational and time management skills

•

Experience in service scheduling, equipment hire or fleet coordination

•

Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment

•

Proficient and adaptive with ERP systems

•

Ability to work autonomously or in a team

Authority

•

To make safe, or remove from operation, any piece of equipment deemed unsafe for use

•

To stop any work that may result in a non-conformance, is unsafe or will create a hazard.
