Customer ('Journey') Coordinator - Trade Fleet Equipment

$80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus
If you have a passion for selling and want to be part of a growing company, this is the role for you! Your main responsibility will be to manage commercial fleet vehicles undergoing fit outs and upgrades.

With clear ambitions for further growth, we’re excited to welcome a Fleet Co-Ordinator who can contribute to our vision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter Sales Order in Net Suite (Financial System).
Enter Sales Order Details in the Production Scheduler (for production planning).
Fleet Ordering (general fleet administration and liaising with Financiers).
Monitor Progress of Order in Production Scheduler (6- 8 weeks production) - use Hub Spot (CRM) to log all tasks, calls, action items, etc.
Call Customer to advise of Progress during production period.
Collect Payment leading up to order completion (check and confirm bank/delivery/address details, etc.).
Customer Service - including ongoing post-delivery customer calls.
Client retention management (build and maintain relationships with key customers).
Experience and Skills:
Strong analytical and process management skills.
Proven communication skills - able to communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience building trust and rapport with a range of clients.
Experience in automotive sector preferred at OEM and Dealership/Fleet Management is highly regarded.
Strong initiative, self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills - with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
Medium to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and experience in using CRM systems.
