GC Wind Services is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Co-Ordinator to oversee and optimise our warehouse operations at our head office in Tweed Heads. This is a permanent full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading company in the renewable energy sector.

About the Role:

As our Warehouse Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse activities, and ensuring safety and efficiency across all operations. Your leadership and organisational skills will be vital in supporting our team's success and ensuring the smooth flow of materials essential to our projects.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Driver’s License

2-5 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software

Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift (ticket required)

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts and audits, and ensure accurate recording of incoming shipments.

Warehouse Operations: Manage daily activities of warehouse staff, oversee loading and unloading, and ensure optimal storage and safety procedures.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and keep records of safety incidents.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on inventory, performance, and safety, and coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs.
