About the role

As the Service Co-Ordinator at FlameSafe Fire Protection, you will play a crucial administrative and customer-facing role in supporting the delivery of fire protection services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position, based in our Rydalmere office. The position is on a 12-14 month contract due to a staff member taking personal leave, however, there may be an opportunity for the role to become a full time permanent position.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the scheduling and completion of fire protection system 6-monthly & annual servicing for our clients

Liaise with clients to understand their service requirements and book in appointments efficiently

Provide excellent customer service to address client queries and resolve any issues that arise

Maintain detailed records of service visits, equipment details, and client information

Assist with the processing of invoices and other administrative tasks

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client-facing administrative or customer service role, ideally in the fire protection or related industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service

Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative team-player mindset
