About You
You love working with people and take pride in delivering outstanding results. You’re organised, a stickler for detail, and great at keeping moving parts on track. You can solve problems in practical, innovative ways and you’re confident engaging with the team, clients, contractors and suppliers.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate project schedules, milestones and timelines
Prepare and send client updates and progress reports (for approval)
Chase suppliers/trades for missing information and confirm key dates
Prepare, lodge and file project documentation; maintain registers
Data entry and tracking in Buildertrend and Monday.com
Set up meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute action items
General project administration (inbox management, file management)
Identify variations/change orders/material orders (for supervisor approval)
Essential Criteria
5+ years office administration / project coordination experience
Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confidence with Microsoft Office, Outlook and OneDrive
Desirable
Experience in construction or trades (preferred, not essential)
Familiarity with Monday.com, Xero, Buildertrend
