This casual position is offered at 3 days per week, making it ideal for someone seeking flexibility while contributing meaningfully to a professional team. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily functions of our team and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
In addition to core administrative responsibilities, this role includes supporting our marketing efforts across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also contributing to how we present ourselves to the world.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist with scheduling meetings, inspections, and managing staff calendars.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle incoming enquiries and support communication with clients and contractors.
Maintain and organise office records and digital filing systems.
Assist with procurement, data entry, and tracking project-related information.
Coordinate logistics for team events and client meetings.
Support the wider EBS Team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate updates to the company website and digital assets.
Track engagement metrics and contribute ideas to improve outreach and visibility.
About You
You are highly organised, efficient, and love working in a support role that keeps
everything running smoothly.
1–3 years of experience in an administration or office assistant role.
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or
similar fields preferred. 3r d year university student welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and business software.
Comfortable liaising with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Enthusiastic team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to prioritise and work autonomously under direction.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
