RM Group is seeking a Project Administrator to assist with contracts and scheduling and be part of a well-established Industrial company servicing Tier 1 construction clients.
The role predominantly involves assisting with contracts administration, projects, quality control, scheduling using Simpro, liaising with tradespeople, checking timesheets and ensuring tradespeople have correct PPE.
This position is paying $42p/h + Super + OT, starting ASAP, casual position that could lead to permanent.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Previous experience working with projects and scheduling
- Quality control and reporting
- Must be able to use Simpro
- Data entry of project information
- Be competent with Excel
- Have strong attention to detail
- Work efficiently and accurately
