Great new opportunity to move into Commercial Sales & Leasing Role with a strong brand, leasing out medical offices in Melbourne. Progress into retail/office leasing!

This is a great opportunity to take the next step from another commercial sales & leasing role, or from another office leasing or other similar role into a high end commercial brand that is rapidly growing and pays well.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm (approx), no weekends!

JOB DUTIES:
- Lease existing commercial stock (medical offices throughout Melbourne)
- Targeted contact with potential tenants
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Database management & follow up calls as / if required

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $70,000 - $85,000 Base + Commissions (monthly) Could Earn >100K
- Phone & Laptop could be negotiated for you if needed
- Parking Local to office and expected to be provided on all leasing sites for you
- Career progression, training and development into Senior Roles
- Work Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS

You will likely also be given the opportunity to engage in team building activities and network at staff events!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate in Property
- Prior experience in commercial leasing/sales environment or similar roles
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Clean, useable car and drivers licence
