Job Description
Do you love getting the details right and keeping things moving on time? We’re looking for a proactive, organised Property Leasing Coordinator to support the smooth running of our commercial lease administration and room hire activities.
- Full-time | Ringwood-based with hybrid flexibility
- Level 3, Each Enterprise Agreement 2024
- $41.80ph + 12% Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging up to $18,550

At Each, we’re proud to deliver community services with care, connection, and professionalism. Our commercial property team are looking for a detail-loving, deadline-driven Property Leasing Coordinator to keep our commercial admin, milestones, and relationships on point.
Your role. Your impact.
You will be tracking critical dates to coordinating with landlords, agents and legal teams and preparing council exemption submissions - your eye for detail will make you the go-to support for the Property Leasing Manager.
You’ll also manage room hire bookings and invoices, contribute to strategic property decisions, and help keep our systems (and spaces) running smoothly.
Reporting to the Property Leasing Manager, you’ll:
- Coordinate leasing documentation, notices, milestones, and renewals
- Maintain accurate records and databases (NOMOS) across the lease lifecycle
- Reconcile rental invoices and track payments
- Administer room hire bookings, agreements, invoicing and client liaison
- Prepare property reporting materials and support internal leasing meetings
- Be ready to act as a backup for the Property Leasing Manager when required
Who we’re looking for
You’re a confident communicator and methodical organiser with:
- At least 2 years' experience in commercial leasing or legal admin
- Strong administration skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease
- Confidence working with lease documentation and legal terms
- Tech-savviness across systems like NOMOS and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Great judgement and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset

- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to commercial leasing
