Sales & Leasing Administration Assistant
Noble Park | Full-time | $60,000 – $75,000 + Super
Our client is a highly regarded commercial real estate agency with a strong reputation across Melbourne’s South East. They specialise in the sales, leasing and management of industrial and commercial property and pride themselves on their professionalism, attention to detail and longstanding relationships with clients.
They are now looking for a Sales & Leasing Administration Assistant to join their team in Noble Park. This is a key support role within the sales and leasing department and will suit an organised and motivated administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in producing high quality work.
About the role
Working closely with agents, you will provide the administrative backbone that ensures deals, marketing campaigns and client commitments are delivered smoothly and on time. You will be responsible for preparing and proofing critical documents, coordinating marketing activity, maintaining property listings, managing diaries and supporting the team with general administration. The role also offers the chance to be involved in case studies, property brochures and even attending auctions where required, giving you a broad exposure to the commercial property industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and proofing leases, authorities, advertising schedules and marketing submissions
Managing property listings across portals and coordinating updates or edits
Liaising with clients, agents and external providers to meet campaign deadlines
Coordinating marketing materials, timelines and approvals
Assisting with diary management, invoicing, case studies and auction support
Ensuring all administrative and marketing output is accurate and professional
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the real estate industry (commercial preferred, but residential experience will be considered)
Year 12 qualification or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence dealing with clients and colleagues
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
A proactive, enthusiastic approach and willingness to support the wider team
Familiarity with property or marketing systems is an advantage, though training will be provided
