Are you an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Administrator or Executive Assistant looking to step into a role where your expertise is genuinely valued? We’re partnering with a high-performing, forward-thinking real estate agency that specialises in commercial and industrial property across WA’s north-west. They’re on the lookout for a capable, confident individual to take ownership of a fast-paced, full-time, 100% remote role, working directly with a driven and dynamic Director. This is a hands-on position where your commercial knowledge, organisational ability, and communication skills will be critical to keeping deals and enquiries running smoothly. What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day communication, diary, and inbox for the Director
- Prepare contracts, leases, management authorities, and listing agreements
- Coordinate property handovers and ensure smooth transitions to/from the Property Management team
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, settlement agents, and internal teams
- Track deals, manage listings, and maintain CRM accuracy
- Prepare appraisals, rent reviews, and property reports to a high standard
- Train and supervise a remote assistant
- Review and implement administrative processes and improvements
- Respond to property enquiries and prioritise workflow based on urgency
- Confidently use Excel and other tech tools to manage documentation and reporting
What you’ll need:
- Current WA Unrestricted Sales Registration — this is mandatory for the role
- Western Australia-based, with preference for candidates in or near the Perth metro area for occasional in-person team time
- A solid background in commercial real estate, with hands-on experience in sales and/or leasing administration
- Confident handling of commercial property documentation, including leases, contracts, and authorities
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms and CRMs
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels
- A self-sufficient, proactive work ethic — you’re capable of managing your time, tasks, and priorities without being micromanaged
- A quiet, well-equipped home office that supports full-time remote work
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing deadlines with composure
- Comfortable working closely with a fast-paced, results-driven Director, while staying one step ahead
- A positive attitude and a sense of humour — the team works hard, but they enjoy the ride
