The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager with exposure to commercial or mixed-use portfolios (residential/commercial) who is ready to transition 100% into the commercial space.

You’ll be managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approx. 100 retail and industrial properties, with great systems in place and supportive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 100 retail and industrial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and maintenance coordination
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Liaise with contractors, manage budgets, and minimise arrears

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial PM or a mixed portfolio (res/com) with valid VIC Agent’s Rep
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property legislation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., RP Office, Console, etc.)
