Medical Education Officer

The Role:
The Medical Education Officer supports the coordination and accreditation of training Junior Medical Officers, focusing on prevocational doctors and international medical graduates. You will also work with senior medical staff responsible for the supervision and education of prevocational medical staff to maximise and promote teaching and learning for this group.
This position has been classified as a HS2 in accordance with the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Well-developed analytical and time management skills with the ability to work independently
Effective communication and problem solving
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Attention to detail
Strong team focus with ability to relate well to other team members and to ensure that overall outcomes and targets are achieved.
