We invite applications to fill the permanent full-time position of ICT Support Officer - Level 2. The successful applicant will join our team of 5 ICT professionals.
The primary responsibility of the ICT Support Officer is to provide a high level of customer service to staff and students in resolving ICT issues and fulfilling and supporting educational and administrative requirements for ICT services.
As a member of the ICT team, the ICT Support Officer will use their technical skills and their passion for solving real-world problems to assist the various key stakeholders to make effective use of ICT systems as well as guide users in understanding and receiving greatest benefit from their use.
Essential Criteria:
Degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent significant industry experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience and skill with resolving application and operating system issues with desktop/laptop/mobile devices.
Working with Children clearance (NT Ochre card),
Police check within the last 6 months,
Current Australian Drivers licence.
Desired Criteria:
ICT experience within a school environment would be advantageous.
