GTNT Group is seeking a Career Coach Support Officer to join our Australian Apprenticeship Support Services at our Darwin City office.
We’re looking for a motivated Career Coach to assist with various administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service, build partnerships with schools to promote VET pathways and apprenticeship opportunities as well as monitoring team performance.

Base Salary: $55,781 per annum, plus superannuation.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
Monitor and report on Assessment Services KPIs and benchmarks
Assist with Job Vacancy information
Support Out of Trade Apprentices through Ready Recruit Jobs Board referrals and additional service connections
Process and manage sign-up request forms for new apprentices and trainees
Prepare reports, manage and monitor inboxes
Provide information, advise and marketing of Australian Apprenticeships and Vocational, Education and Training pathways

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can demonstrate the following:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with databases and processing contracts (preferred).
A current police check and Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
Highly organised with strong administrative abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and similar software, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Motivated by achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
Must hold a current driver’s license to support field-based work.
