Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, you will understand that quality dishes can be delivered in various ways - some will be uncomplicated yet executed to an high standard, while others will offer creative freedom and push culinary boundaries.

This opportunity is ideal for an established Head Chef who wants to be part of an inclusive leadership team committed to raising the bar in food and service standards.

The Candidate:

• Previous Head Chef experience is essential, with at least 2 years in casual or contemporary dining operations preferred
• An inclusive and motivating leadership style is required
• Ability to work in tandem with executive management to ensure menu design, quality control, and team performance align with ownership standards
• Open availability Monday to Sunday to work a rotating roster is essential
• A highly organised, solutions-focused, and people-oriented leader
