We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of general management, administrative, scheduling and clerical tasks from our office in Kedron.

Duties include providing support to our owner operator and employees, assisting in daily office needs, estimating and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Other Duties will include accounts payable and receivable as well as inputting data into client accounting software.

The position offers excellent pay, Solid hours with the opportunity to work in a varied and exciting role as part of a fantastic team as well as a solid career progression opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule quotes and jobs in OneNote
  • Adding bills into accounting software
  • Completion and Lodgement of Asbestos Compliance Forms with Queensland Health Workplace Health and Safety
  • Diary and email management
  • Office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Adhoc duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+years experience in an Administration and Scheduling role
  • Competent working in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Xero/MYOB experience desired but not essential

Hours are currently 9am-5pm
