URGENT – Administrator | Immediate Start | 5-Week Contract
We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our team on a 5-week contract with an immediate start. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment and exposure to various aspects of business operations. You will be supporting the administration team and assisting with general office duties while contributing to the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with filing, scanning, and managing internal documents
Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
Monitor and restock office supplies; place orders as needed
Prepare folders, site packs, and documentation for meetings or projects
Handle incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
Manage and prioritise emails in the Administration inbox
Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner
Support various departments with general administrative tasks
Key Skills & Attributes:
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic
Clear and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
Professional presentation and willingness to contribute to team culture
