About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive Projects Coordinator to manage and oversee installations across multiple and concurrent commercial projects in NSW. Based in our Girraween office and reporting to the Installations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality installations from site measurement to final handover.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills, a hands-on mindset, and proven experience in the B2B building sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, schedule, and oversee commercial installations from start to finish, maintaining superior communication to all stakeholders

Conduct site assessments to build rapport and trust, ensure compliance and take detailed measurements

Coordinate logistics, materials, and subcontractors for smooth delivery

Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Ensure full compliance with WHS protocols and company standards

Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation

Promote a positive team spirit and cultivate a culture of Service and Certainty

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process innovation

What You’ll Bring

Experience in project coordination or management within the B2B building sector

Willingness to travel and provide on-site support when needed

Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills
