Are you a marketing and operations all-rounder who thrives on structure, storytelling, and system creation?
Allied Health 2U is seeking a full-time Marketing & Operations Systems Coordinator to lead and support marketing strategy, content development, and internal process improvement. You’ll play a key role in both client-facing marketing activities and behind-the-scenes business operations that support our growing multidisciplinary allied health team.
We're looking for someone who brings creativity, initiative, and a strong systems mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into action and build tools that make our work more efficient and impactful.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Design marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Support website updates and SEO-friendly blog or service content (e.g. WordPress)
Coordinate email campaigns, internal templates, and communications
Develop small digital tools and systems (e.g. using Google Forms, Airtable, or basic app builders)
Contribute to streamlining admin processes, reporting tools, and business documentation
Liaise with referral sources and support promotional initiatives
Assist with project planning and internal business improvements
✅ Essential Criteria
2–3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or administration
Tertiary qualification—MBA or postgraduate qualification in business or marketing preferred
Strong design and content creation skills using Canva and/or Adobe tools
Confident managing digital platforms, social media, and marketing workflows
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
Ability to work onsite in Sydney and collaborate in person with our leadership team
High initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
💡 Highly Desirable
Experience in the healthcare, NDIS, aged care, or disability sectors
(Valued but not essential—candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply)
Strong Excel and Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
Interest or experience in creating small digital tools or internal workflows (e.g. Glide, Airtable, Google Apps Script)
Previous experience in referral marketing, operational coordination, or internal systems design
