What you’ll be doing:

• Showcasing premium rental properties through open homes and private inspections
• Responding quickly and professionally to all enquiries (phone, email, online)
• Processing applications and providing clear, timely feedback to prospective tenants
• Presenting tenancy applications and keeping landlords fully updated
• Guiding new tenants through onboarding with confidence and care

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 18 months leasing experience
• A driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills to manage up to 25 properties at a time
• Confidence to guide landlords and report back effectively
• Current Certificate of Registration (C of R)
• A driver’s licence and reliable car
• PropertyMe,Snug and IRE exp desirable
