The Role:
This fast-paced role offers a chance to work with some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties. As the new Senior Leasing Consultant, you will need to have the ability to provide a high-level service that is above & beyond your high-profile client's expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling & addressing rental enquires via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
• Routine inspections
• Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
• Reference checking
• Reviewing application forms
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience in leasing within the Real Estate sector
• Possession of a current Certificate of Registration, along with a reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Outstanding organisational abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
