Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct property inspections and host midweek/weekend open homes
• Respond promptly to rental enquiries and keep applicants informed
• Process applications and prepare accurate lease documents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve targets

Requirments

• Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Licence)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in leasing or real estate customer service preferred – however, we welcome motivated candidates from customer service backgrounds who hold their real estate certification
