What you will be doing in this role:
This position has become available due to an internal promotion and offers plenty of growth for the right candidate. Your duties will include;

• Midweek and weekend leasing
• Preparing ads for properties to go online
• Managing tenant enquiries and processing applications
• Supporting two property managers with their portfolio leasing
• Conducting routine inspections
• Leasing large projects as well as residential properties

The right candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role or administration
• COR or Real Estate License essential
• Drivers license and reliable car
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work Saturdays
• Immaculate presentation
