Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager looking for your next step, or perhaps you are an experienced Property Manager looking to work with some of the most prestigious developments in Sydney? This is an opportunity you can’t miss!

As a Leasing & Management Executive at Colliers International, you will be based from our beautiful office at King Street Wharf and will be part of a dedicated team that genuinely cares for each other, their clients and customers.

The successful candidate must have a strong passion for real estate and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.

As a Leasing & Management Executive you will:

• Arranging and conducting open for inspections
• Build Important relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Administration Duties

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Previous Property Management experience.
• Excellent organisational/problem solving skills
• Excellent personal presentation
• Current driver's licence and reliable car
• Current Certificate of Registration / Licence
