We're now looking for two motivated Level 1 Support Engineers to join our growing technical team.

What You'll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email ticketing, and remote support

Troubleshoot hosting, networking, and server issues using industry-standard monitoring tools

Work hands-on with physical servers, hardware, and data centre infrastructure

Learn and apply cPanel/WHM, Plesk, and virtualisation technologies (full training provided)

Escalate complex cases to Level 2/3 engineers while building your technical expertise

Deliver responsive, professional, and solution-focused support that builds lasting customer relationships

What We're Looking For

Essential:

IT industry experience (including internships, help desk, or technical support roles)

Basic IT skills, including an understanding of Windows/Linux, DNS, and email systems

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach

Reliability, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork attitude

Strong troubleshooting mindset and eagerness to learn

Must live within 15km of Kilsyth South with reliable transport

Highly Regarded:

Basic networking knowledge

Experience with cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)

Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)

Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar)

Recent IT graduates or passionate self-learners are strongly encouraged to apply.
