Position Summary:

We are on the hunt for a passionate IT Support Engineer to join our vibrant team at PNORS Technology Group, specifically with Netway Networks, based in beautiful Port Melbourne. In this role, you’ll tackle exciting challenges while assisting clients in a flexible work environment—two days from the comfort of your home, three days onsite.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of three years in IT roles, especially in corporate IT environments.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft products and supporting corporate IT enviroments.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to effectively interact with our clients.
Initiative: A self-starter who is happy working autonomously but values the support of an Australia-wide team just a few clicks or a phone call away.
Work Ethic: Highly motivated and committed to delivering top-notch support. A valid driver's license is required.
