Programmed Timber is a trusted supplier in the timber industry, known for our commitment to sustainability, quality and service. We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
This is an on-site position, working 1–2 days per week. The role combines marketing support with some administrative duties. You’ll need to work autonomously, and have a wide range of marketing skills. You will be able to create strategic marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns

Coordinate and update content across digital platforms, including website, email, and social media

Support the creation of brochures, product sheets, and other promotional materials

Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and contractors

Maintain marketing databases (HubSpot)

Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales team

Assist with reporting on campaign and content performance

Help with some general admin duties (not marketing related)

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident creating and editing content with attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
