Do you thrive on creating plans, ticking off to-do lists, and keeping projects running like clockwork? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join a small marketing consultancy agency - initially on a casual basis, with the potential to move into a permanent part-time role after 6 months.
This flexible position is a fantastic opportunity either uni students, early-career professionals or return to work / parents looking for a flexible job that still provides a range of hands-on experience across marketing and operations.
About the Role
You'll work directly supporting with the company director (a fractional Chief Marketing Officer) to keep client projects on track, support creative campaigns, and stay across day-to-day business operations.
Days: 1–2 days per week to start
Location: Hybrid – remote + in-person (Pymble, Sydney)
Start Date: 1st July 2025
Employment Type: Casual, with potential to transition to part-time after 6 months
What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping projects moving – tracking timelines, managing task lists, and helping ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Creating content and visual assets using Canva (skills essential!)
Assisting with campaign planning, reporting, scheduling, and delivery
Preparing creative briefs and coordinating deliverables with designers, writers, and subcontractors
Supporting the director with personal assistant duties – calendar management, inbox support, research, admin
Playing with tools like ChatGTP, Google Workspace, and other AI platforms to streamline work
Helping build better systems and smoother workflows as we grow
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
Is highly organised, detail-obsessed, and loves a well-ticked checklist
Has a natural ability to juggle tasks and keep multiple moving parts in order
Is currently studying or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Has strong written communication skills
Is confident using Canva and familiar with digital marketing tools or platforms
Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn on the job
Enjoys variety and is happy to pitch in across creative, admin, and coordination tasks
