About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the team at My Good Feeling, a dynamic health & wellness brand currently based in Peakhurst, NSW. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Managing all things social media. From content ideas and creation right through to execution

Working directly with directors & senior management

Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

Coordinating the production of marketing materials, such as social media content, promotional flyers, and email newsletters

Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines

Conducting market research and data analysis to help identify trends and opportunities

Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive customer experience

Creating events for our community to engage with across a variety of formats

Providing support for events as required

What we're looking for

Must have a passion or background for fitness

A fit within our community. Happy to get amongst it and bring our visions to life

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and design tools

Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach

A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the industry
