Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

Customer Service:

Customer Phone Support: Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and general support.

Phone Orders: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

Customer Counter Sales: Provide in-person service to walk-in customers.

Shopify E-commerce Fulfilment: Manage and fulfill orders from our Shopify website.

E-commerce Sales Postage Coordination: Organise and dispatch online orders promptly.

Data Integration Specialist: Transfer e-commerce sales data into MYOB accounting software.

E-commerce Live Chat: Respond to customer queries via live chat with professionalism and efficiency.

Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support our team in building product campaigns that grow our business across both performance and lifestyle markets. This role is hands-on and varied, covering everything from campaign planning to content creation, email marketing, and analysing results.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the creation and execution of digital product campaigns to promote both our performance and lifestyle ranges.

Help develop content for a range of platforms including social media, email marketing, and our website.

Support the planning and rollout of product launches, promotions, and events.

Assist with managing website content and ensuring product listings are accurate and engaging.

Coordinate with the team on creative assets such as photos, videos, and graphics for campaigns.

Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for growth.

Engage with our online community where relevant to support brand awareness and customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing tools.

A creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable using digital tools (Shopify, Monday.com and MYOB experience is a bonus, but training will be provided).

Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

A passion for motorsport or cars is a bonus but not essential.
