We’re on the lookout for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support our growing team.

This hands-on role is ideal for a marketing guru or someone ready to take the next step in their career—especially if you love hospitality, live events, and content creation in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing & Events Coordinator Tasks:

Support the social media & Marketing Manager

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital content

Create marketing assets (brochures, ads, social content)

Help manage and schedule social media

Keep frontline staff informed on promotions and events

Coordinate and prepare for event days

General admin/reporting

Reservation assistance

Carry out additional duties as directed by the Marketing Manager

On-the-Ground Event Support:

Hands on event setup

Assist with staff and logistics during live events

Ensure smooth event execution

Available on weekends for activations and entertainment

We’re Looking For:

Detail-oriented and highly organised

Multitask in a fast-paced environment

Hospitality experience is a plus
