About the Role:
Dial Up Plumbing is a residential maintenance plumbing company servicing Sydney NSW. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant/Facilitator to join our team in Kingsgrove, NSW. This full-time role is pivotal in growing our brand presence, nurturing relationships with clients, and driving new business through targeted marketing campaigns in the residential market.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for content creation, lead generation and strategizing impactful marketing processes. Someone who can take Dial Up Plumbing to the next level!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Liaising and facilitating with an external Marketing agency, whilst also working closely with Ben the owner in house.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns B to C to attract new leads and engage our current database whilst working with an external marketing agency.

Nurture existing client relationships,

Design using Canva and execute email campaigns to increase customer retention and engagement.

Analyse marketing performance, tracking KPIs and refining strategies.

Facilitating SEO, GMB & Meta accounts to generate high lead flow.

Content creation & creative design strategist.

Oversee marketing budgets and spend, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Use software tools to automate processes and improve office efficiency.

Create and help manage social media content across multiple platforms.

Assist with general office duties, including calls and dispatch when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have permanent work rights with no restrictions

A motivated, highly organized & reliable individual with a strategic mind & a can-do attitude!

Proven experience in marketing in B to C, with a focus on strategizing campaigns, content creation & lead generation, ideally in the Trade Service Home industry.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in design tools for content creation (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

General Understanding of Google Analytics, GMB/SEO, AdWords.

A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.

Comfortable assisting with general office administration tasks as needed.
