We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to drive the growth and success of our poultry range. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be based in Malaga, with significant time spent in the field engaging with clients.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Paradise Poultry and our customer partners. Your role is pivotal in expanding our brand’s reach, managing key accounts, and developing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

• Identify new high-potential customers to grow the Paradise Poultry customer base.

• Collaborate with internal teams to customer product offerings and range solutions specific to each customer’s needs.

Account Management & Growth

• Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to achieve sales growth in line with the National strategy.

• Lead promotional campaigns and negotiate commercial terms to boost sales and market share.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with regular accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Reporting & Market Insights

• Provide weekly reports detailing execution progress, competitor activities, and challenges.

• Capture valuable insights on customer feedback, market trends, and emerging product opportunities.

• Team Player: A collaborative approach, with a willingness to work closely with different departments to achieve goals.
