Bergmans Isuzu UTE, a rapidly growing dealership located in Rockingham, is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Vehicle Sales Manager or Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Bergmans Auto Group, a successful, privately owned company, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and contributing to our ongoing success.

You’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager, taking a lead role in growing the vehicle sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales department while reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Drive sales performance, ensuring achievement of internal performance targets.

Foster a positive and motivated team culture through leadership, mentoring, and development.

Cultivate strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers and stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive continuous growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Sales Management or a High Experienced Salesperson role, ideally within a franchised new vehicle dealership.

Comprehensive knowledge of dealership sales operations and management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.

A focus on customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

A track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
