The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in expanding our service footprint across regional Western Australia, specifically targeting opportunities within our burgeoning construction, renewable energy, and technology solutions sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand the Group's presence in regional Western Australia.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, renewable energy, and technology solutions sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, engineering, IT) to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Represent Merge Group at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

About You:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the Western Australian market.

Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organised.

Experience in construction, renewable energy, or technology sectors is highly regarded.

Willingness to travel to regional Western Australia as required.
