Part-Time Receptionist – Specialist Orthodontic Practice

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team three days per week. This role is ideal for someone looking for stable, long-term employment in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and greeting patients upon arrival

Handling telephone and email inquiries

Processing payments and managing patient accounts

Organising patient appointments, accounts, and records

Ensuring adherence to practice procedures

Overseeing the recall system

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Strong organisational and communication skills

A professional and friendly demeanor

A caring, patient-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service

Previous experience in a dental or medical setting (preferred but not essential)

Competency in computer use, with experience in dental software being highly advantageous
