Medical Receptionist

Location: Consulting Suites, Calvary Bruce Private hospital

Contract: Casual

Rate: 30 – 34.99$ / hour

We are a specialist practice looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist for 2-3 days per week to join our small team at Consulting Suites of Calvary Bruce Private hospital. It is a single specialist practice (general surgeon) with 2 to 3 clinics per week and 1 minor operating clinic fortnightly.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role will include managing a reception desk, greeting and liaising with the patients, supporting our specialist and practice nurse as well as perform other administration duties.

You should have excellent time-management skills and have a compassionate attitude towards the patients.

Previous general / specialist practice experience (with Gentu) and Medicare billing is desirable but we are happy to train the right person.
