Key Responsibilities

Create Exceptional First Impressions: Welcome every patient with a warm smile and genuine care.

Manage Appointments with Precision: Ensure accurate bookings and patient account management.

Communication Hub: Handle phone calls, answer queries, and direct calls as needed.

Support GPs and the Team: Assist with administrative tasks like scanning, emails, and rescheduling.

Follow Practice Protocols: Maintain smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
